We’re delighted to announce that Design Tonic the brilliant team behind the design and build of our office revamp, have enjoyed working on the project so much that they’ve decided to make Rose Wharf their new permanent home!
They’ll be taking 2,450 sq ft of beautifully refurbished space on the third floor of our Grade II listed building, located right on the banks of the River Aire. With their expert design insight and creative vision, we’re transforming the space into something truly special. This move marks an exciting new chapter in our shared journey.

This marks our third letting in recent months, following Rabbit Hole Coffee and a renewed lease with long-standing tenant Curtins.
