We’re proud to announce the completion of the refurbishment of our landmark Grade II listed building, Rose Wharf, Leeds
Originally redeveloped by Caddick back in 1996, this historic former flax mill has once again been transformed — this time in collaboration with commercial interior design studio, Design Tonic.
The newly refurbished building now offers:
Fully furnished riverside suites
Traditional workspaces ranging from 400 to 35,000 sq ft
A riverside business lounge, bookable meeting rooms, and outdoor terrace
PV panels, air source heat pumps, EV charging, and a cycle hub
Changing facilities and showers to support active travel
Since the refurbishment began in autumn 2024, we’ve already welcomed several fantastic occupiers – including independent coffee shop Rabbit Hole Coffee in the lower-ground space, Design Tonic and longstanding tenant Curtins on the upper floors. Most recently, Dowes Investments and Ridings have joined our growing tenant community.
